Dotting the 71-mile shoreline are numerous towns which boasts tourist amenities, from cheap lodges to five-star hotels.  Night life booms abound especially in South Lake Tahoe, as many call it the Little Las Vegas, referring to its countless casinos and cabarets.  Truly, the night life here draws parallel to its daytime recreational offerings.
