Web Security Conclusion
Despite the numerous strategies and programs to secure the internet,
hackers are always on the lookout for loopholes to enter these systems, so as to
sabotage or steal valuable information.
But as Tiwana says, “The only safe computer is a dead one, or at least
a disconnected one”(Tiwana, p.18).
Thus, systems had to have certain degree of openness or accessibility to
stay connected. A good balance must be strike between these two opposing factors to ensure accessibility and security.
